Can you tell me what is 15-2x=3x

The answer is 3x because first you will add 2x on both sides which will give you 5x on the other side. Then you divide 5x on both sides. 15/5x=3x

15 - 2x = 3x
15 = 3x + 2x
15 = 5x
5x = 15
x = 15/5 = 3
