The expression is incorrect because 68 is not equivalent to 48 so in order to fix this you must write 18 + 30 = 6(3+5) which gives you 48 as well.

The factor that multiplies with 6 to get 18 is 3 but the factor that multiplies with 6 to get 30 is 5.
The numbers in parenthesis should be a 5 and not a 10.
18 + 30 = 6(3 + 5)
