The OSHA has categorized their violation types and these are De Minimis Violations, Other-than-Serious Violations, Serious Violations, Willful Violations, Repeated Violation, and Failure to Abate Prior Violation. OSHA stands for Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Hope this helps.
