What changes in our sleep habits as we mature and why?

Well, while we change in age, out sleep habits change too.

For instance, when we used to be in our teen age, we used to wake up late. Or, Now that were adults around our 20's we tend to wake up very early. Age tends to change out sleep of ways. Its always good to get at least 7 hours of sleep.
