x=30 because in order to solve for x you need to multiply 28 by 15 to get 420 then divide 420 by 14 and get 30. When you plug it back into the formula 14/15(30) it will equal 28

28=14/15x
28(15)=14/15(15)x
420=14x
420/14=14/14x
30=x
The solution is 30
