DNA is in every living thing. In the process of transcription, mRNA reads the split DNA. Codon transfers the genetic information from the nucleus of DNA to the mRNA. The mRNA, in turn, is transformed into an amino acid sequence, via translation. This process uses an adapter called transfer RNA (tRNA), which creates the protein according to a triplet base coding system. Anticodons carry amino acid in its tRNA structure.
