eliminate y's
multily top equation by 2 and add to 2nd
6x+2y=8
1x-2y=3 +
7x+0y=11
7x=11
x=11/7
sub back
x-2y=3
11/7-2y=3
add 2y both sides
11/7=2y+3
minus 3 which is 21/7
-10/7=2y
divide by 2 or times 1/2
-5/7=y
(x,y)
