5 pounds and 7 ounces = 87 ounces.
87 ounces- 11ounces= (76 ounces)=(4 pounds)
Gianna has 4 pounds of chips

1 pound = 16 ounces
5x16+7=87oz
87-11=76
76÷16=4 and 12 oz
Emma has 4 pounds and 12 ounces of chips.
