Ok so is it ok for a 13 year old to take Zonecore Super Cleanse maximum Strength or Zonecore Garcinia Cambogia Weight loss formula?

if not what are the risk's

Just eat healthy and do exercise it will help and you don't take risks

I would not recommend this. If you are trying to lose weight simply better your diet by intaking fewer calories per day and burning more than you consume. Always consult your Primary Care Physician prior to taking medications if you take other medications, or a parent if you do not.
