n^x --- = n^(x-y) n^y
3^4 --- = 3^(4-2) = 3^2 3^2
3^4 --- = 3^(4-3) = 3^1 3^3
3^4 --- 3^4
3^4 1 = --- = 3^(4-4) = 3^0 3^4 So 3^0 = 1.
x^4 x^0 = x^(4-4) = --- = 1 x^4
