4x - 2y = 6 → Rewrite in slope-intercept form.

Slope-intercept form : y=mx+b

Where m=slope, b=y-intercept.

So, we have to move "x" to the other side.

So, subtract 4x from both sides.

-2y = -4x + 6

Divide both sides by -2.

y = 2x - 3 → Slope-intercept form :)
