The second option. {(-7, -1), (1, 2), (8, 6), (-2, 3)}
A simple way of solving something like this would be to draw a box with four sections and look at it as if it's a coordinate plane (don't bother numbering the x and y lines), and then for every point that you have, place a dot in the quadrant it lies in. (-7, -1) shows up in the third (bottom left) quadrant of the plane, (1, 2) shows up in the first (top right) quadrant of the plane, (8, -6) shows up in the fourth (bottom right) quadrant of the plane, and (-2, 3) shows up in the second (top left) quadrant of the plane.
