A) You're paying 16 cents per ounce
B) You're paying 14 cents per ounce
Therefor, the better buy is B, because you're getting 2 extra ounces for 2 cents less per ounce.

one cost for the first price is $0.16and the second on is 0.14 so the second one is the better deal
