The velocity function is given by the derivative of the displacement function.


v(t)=(\mathrm ds(t))/(\mathrm dt)=-\frac2{t^3}

You want to find the velocity at
t=2.5, which would be


v(2.5)=-\frac2{2.5^3}=-(16)/(125)=-0.128
