Here, first we need to calculate the slope (m)
m = y2-y1 / x2-x1
m = 10 - 4 / 4-2
m = 6/2
m = 3
Now, y - y1 = m(x - x1)
y - 4 = 3(x - 2)
y - 4 = 3x - 6
y = 3x - 2
In short, Your Answer would be: y = 3x - 2
