Δ[C4H8]/Δt = (0.913 - 1.000M) / (10 - 0s) = -8.70e-3 M/s
(-1/2)Δ[C2H4]/Δt = Δ[C4H8]/Δt
Δ[C2H4]/Δt = -2*Δ[C4H8]/Δt
Δ[C2H4]/Δt = -2*(-8.70e-3 M/s) = +1.74e-2 M/s
