Notable has 3 syllables. If something is notable it is useful; profitable, or prudent; clever; capable; industrious; thrifty. It is also described as worthy of notice; remarkable; memorable; noted or distinguished.

There are three syllables in the word notable.
Notable means "worthy of note or notice." That is the dictionary definition.
