We know, % decrease = (Final - Initial) / initial * 100
so, = (10 - 14) / 14 * 100
= -4 / 14 * 100
= -400/14
= -28.57% [ Negative sign shows that it is decreasing ]
In short, Your Answer would be: 28.57%
