What is P4 in chemistry ???? I need help....

P4 is phosphorous tetramer. The P stands for phosphorus and the 4 means that there are 4 atoms of phosphorus bonded together. If there is a number before the element, then that is how many bonds there are...so 2P4 is 2 bonds with 4 atoms bonded in each bond.
