PLEASE HELP!! 8TH/9TH GRADE MATH!!

The table below shows the distance d(t) in meters that an object travels in t seconds.
What is the average rate of change of d(t) between 3 seconds and 5 seconds, and what does it represent?

a 59.5 m/s; it represents the average speed of the object between 3 seconds and 5 seconds
b 112 m/s; it represents the average speed of the object between 3 seconds and 5 seconds
c 112 m/s; it represents the average distance traveled by the object between 3 seconds and 5 seconds
d 59.5 m/s; it represents the average distance traveled by the object between 3 seconds and 5 seconds

(350-126)/(5-3)=112m/s

This is the average speed in the time from 3 to 5 seconds...

dd/dt 98,126,154
d2d/dt2 28,28

She actually had a constant acceleration over the entire time period.

The function for that table is:

d(t)=14t^2

Her actual velocity at any point is v(t)=28t (you can see that if you take the mid point of the interval, 4s, you will get the average velocity found earlier)
