The answer is actually CORRECT.

The correct procedure is when two negatives multiply each other, the answer is always a positive.

Therefore;


\begin{gathered} -27*(-18)=27*18 \\ 27*18=486 \end{gathered}

We can conclude that the correct answer is 486
