hello

the circumference is given by the formula


c=2*\pi *radius

where


r=(C)/(2*3.1516) \\r=(23)/(2*3.1516) \\r=3.66 cm\\\\

now with the radius of the balloon we can calculate the Surface area


s.a= 4\pi *r^(2) \\s.a= 4\pi *3.66^(2) \\s.a= 4\pi *13.39\\s.a.=4*3.1415*13.39\\

S.A.=168 square centimeters approximately
