The answer to your question is
A) recognize, accept, control, adopt positive strategies, cope effectively

B) could not be the answer because pretending nothing is wrong & keeping things to yourself is very unhealthy for your mental & emotional health and ultimately it creates more problems in the long run.

C) could not be the answer because yes, stress DOES happen, but does that mean you don't do anything about it? Of course not, you DO accept the fact that stress occurs but at the same time you must find an outlet and/or a way to control it in order to better maintain your mental/emotional health.

D) if C & B aren't the answers then D can't be either
