distribute 2 then it becomes
2x-10+4=-6x+2
+6x +6x

8x-10+4=2
8x-14=2
+14. +14
8x=2
divide by 8 on both then the answer is
x=4

2x-20+4=-6x+2 sooo 2x-16=-6x+2 sooo 2x+6x=2+16 8x=18 divided both sides by 8 soo x=2.25
