DCM, this is the solution:

According to the midpoint theorem, the line connecting the midpoints of two sides is parallel to the third and its length is half of the third side.

Therefore,

KJ = 2 * GH

KJ = 2 * 30

KJ = 60 and FJ = 30

JL = 2 * FG

JL = 2 * 37

JL = 74
