Why does nicotine make it difficult for a smoker to quit using cigarettes?

a) It helps with weight loss for many people

b) It makes people sleep long hours

c) Many people people experience intense headaches

I would say C, because while cigarettes can cause weight loss, it's not a reason that nicotine would make it hard for someone to quit. Headaches are a symptom of nicotine withdrawal and loss of sleep as well.
