Find out the circumference of the outer edge

Find out the radius

r=(650/2)+4

r=329 ft

so


\begin{gathered} C=2\pi\cdot r \\ C=2\cdot3.14\cdot329 \\ C=2,066.12\text{ ft} \end{gathered}

step 2

Find out the circumference of the inner edge

r=650/2=325 ft

substitute


\begin{gathered} C=2\cdot3.14\cdot325 \\ C=2,041\text{ ft} \end{gathered}

Find out the difference

2,066.12-2,041=25.12 ft

therefore

the answer is 25.12 ft
