How to solve this equation to find x: 2-(3x-4)=2x-9

What you would do is first move the 3x-4 out front so it would look something like this: -3x+4+2=2x-9. Then you would combine the like terms 4 and 2. -3x+6=2x-9. Then add 3x to both sides and subtract 6 from both sides. 5x-9. Then add 9 to both sides. 5x=9. Divide both sides by 5. x=5/9.
