I just woke up cuz of a rlly bad dream and it was like very bad and here in the UK it's 3:22 so plz help and give tips how to get sleep and not have bad dreams PLZ HELPP

im sorry :( you should try to turn off electronics around and focus on positive things, maybe if you turn on some calm songs that will help, also you could make a list in your mind of things that you are grateful for and a list of fake and real stuff that you know are not true. you want to distract your brain from the bad thoughts!
