y=1/3x+2

Explanation:

Find two points and find the x and y distance between them to get the slope. I did (0,2) and (6,0), and the distance between them was 2/6 which simplifies into 1/3.

Then (0,2) is the y-intercept because it's where the line crosses the y-intercept.
