The word disheveled means untidy or disordered. So I would go with disarranged

Answer: disarranged

Step-by-step explanation: Considering the context, Robin's hair would be messy after a bumpy bus ride, so it wouldn't be well-groomed, untouched, nor damaged. Disheveled is an adjective used to describe a person's hair or clothes as messy or untidy, and the word "disarranged" means "to make something untidy".
