3-5/6-3 = -2/3
m (slope) = -2/3
3 = (-2/3)(6)+b
3 = -4 + b
7=b
The overall equation is y=(-2/3)x+b

Check :
5=(-2/3)(3)+7
5=-2+7
7=7
