How can a molecule have a momentray dipole

Even in a molecule where the electrons are shared pretty evenly, they can collide to one atom and produce a momentary dipole moment. Temporary dipoles are created when electrons, which are in constant movement around the nucleus, spontaneously come into close proximity.
