Your equations would be m+e≤2 and 2e=m
*M=math and E=english *Hour.Minutes
Assuming English takes 35 minutes tops:
2*35=70(70 minutes equals 1 hour and 10 minutes.)
1.10 + .35 = 1.45 ≤ 2
