in fusion , atomic number increases ! as two hydrogen combines to form helium ! so all are correct except last one !!

Explanation;
Nuclear fusion is a type of nuclear reaction together with nuclear fission.
Nuclear fusion involves the combining or fusing together of two light atomic nuclei like those of hydrogen atoms to form heavier atomic nucleus. The reaction requires alot of energy to force nuclei to fuse.
During the fusion the mass of the heavier product nucleus is less than the total mass of the two lighter nuclei, as some mass is converted to energy in the process.
Nuclear fission on the other hand involves the splitting or break down of a large atomic nucleus into smaller particles.
