Photosynthesis is the ultimate source of CHEMICAL energy in almost every ECOSYSTEM. The ENERGY from PHOTOSYNTHESIS flows through all major producing and feeding groups. Produces, HERBIVORES, carnivores, scavengers and decomposers. Each of these groups, knowns as TROPHIC plays as an important part in MAINTAINING the LEVELS of an ecosystem.
