When should you check and update your emergency supply kit

I'd say about every 2 months because you never know what could happen and it's better to be safe than sorry. (especially if you live in Seattle)

You usually update it when your running low on supply and check often for you can keep track of it therefore you wont lose it and you may change some equipment. :)
