40 yards in 5 seconds would be
8 yards in 1 second
To convert to yards per hour multiply by 3,600
8 * 3,600 = 28,800 yards per hour
and to convert to feet per hour, multiply by 3
3 * 28,800 =
86,400 feet per hour
