I NEED HELP PLEASE!!

1) Solve, using the substitution method.



d + e = 2
d – e = 4



A) The solution is (3, –1).


B) There are an infinite number of solutions.

C) There is no solution.

D) The solution is (5, 1).


2) Solve, using the substitution method.



4x + 2y = 11

x – 2 = –2y


A) (3, -1/2)
B) (0, - 2)
C) (0, -11/2)
D) (7, -5/2)
