an=a1+d(n-1)
a1=first term
an=nth term
d=common dffernce
given
first term is -5
it increases by 1
an=-5+1(n-1)
a10
a10=-5+1(10-1)
a10=-5+1(9)
a10=-5+9
a10=4
10th term or a10 is 4
