Make whatever you like that's within your level of skill, in order to practice and become more confident with the concepts you've already picked up.
Or challenge yourself, make something that is completely different to what you normally make, and if you hit a brick wall, great! You will be able to research and ask about the problem you're facing so you can learn even more :)
