Use the table below to write an equation in slope-intercept form.

X Column: 1,2,3,4,5
Y Column: 5,11,17,23,29

Slope-intercept formula is y2-y1 / x2 - x1 | Grab any two points from the table, and plug them in, for example I'll use the first two (1,5) and (2,11) | 11-5 / 2-1 = 6 = The slope is 6, next you'll want to grab one of the points in the pair, I'll use (1,5) for this example, y-5=6(x-1) | distribute 6 to x and -1, and add 5 to both sides to get y by itself, final answer is y=6x-1
