Vertical angles are always the same. So <1 is 93

I assume by "vertical angle" you're referring to the angles opposite one another made at the intersection of two lines. ("vertical" as in sharing a common vertex?)

If that's the case, then vertical angles are always congruent, so both angles have the same measure of
93^\circ.
