(2,t) (-2,3)
slope : (3 - t) / (-2 - 2) = -3

(3 - t) / -4 = -3
3 - t = -3 * -4
3 - t = 12
3 - 12 = t
-9 = t

so ur points are : (2,-9)(-2,3)

change in x is 4, multiply that by slope, which is rise/run so you displace the y value by -3*4 or -12
t = -9
