The Pendulum consists of three parts, they are

1. Fixed point

2. String/Wire

3. Bob or Weight

The fixed point is the point where wire hangs and weight attached to the other end point of the wire as shown in the figure.

Depending on the length of string/wire, the pendulum swings at a uniform speed.
