A=pi r^2
3.14*10.4^2
3.14*108.16
A=336.6224-----------full answer

The area of a circle is equal to pi time the radius squared.
So you get: A=3.14(10.4^2)
A=3.14(108.16)
A=339.62
Therefore your answer is D.
