When serving hot food it should never reach a temperature below?

According to the food safety, hot foods should never reach low temperatures than 135 °F (60 °C). If the temperature drops down, the harmful microorganismas such as bacteria can multiply by using the food as their energy source. Then that can cause to foodborne diseases.

Hot food should never reach a temperature of below 135 degrees F. this is for safety, and its important to keep this in mind
