What does x equal?
-x/3 + 4 = 20

X is equal to 48

First subtract 4 from both the sides to get
-x/3 = 16
Then multiply both sides by 3 to get x alone
-x = 48
Now divide the both sides by -1, since we can't have x being negative to get
X = 48
