Express each of the following fractions as a mixed number (the sum of a whole number and the remaining fractional units).

13 over 12= pleas awnser this im 10 and this is giveing me a hard time to figer out

(5 x 1 = 5 + 3 = 8, to get 8/5)

13/12 = 1 1/12 (12 x 1 = 12 + 1 = 13, to get 13/12)
