Tips on back walkovers?

Answer:

Try doing it on an elevated surface first, it's going to be much easier. Put one foot close towards you because that's where your power is going to come from. Point the other leg straight in front of you and push off the foot that's bent. Remember to look forward as soon as your legs are above you to complete the loop.

Gradually you can start trying it on the ground and even falling into a back walkover.

Start by flipping both legs over at the same time(this way you have more power) then gradually start doing one at a time. I hope this helps it worked for me.
